BelegPair is a document reconciliation workspace for accounting teams. It compares export files side by side and highlights only the fields that differ, so mismatches are easy to spot without scanning every Excel cell.
Answers for everyday reconciliation work
How BelegPair handles DATEV, Journal and Lexware exports — from upload order to MATCH, DIFF and CRITICAL results.

10 / 10Sign in, open the workspace, and upload 2–4 files (CSV, XLSX or PDF). The first file is always the reference on the left. Every other file is compared against that reference as a separate pair.
BelegPair recognizes DATEV Buchungsstapel, Journal Excel/PDF lists and Lexware invoice exports. File extensions are typically CSV, XLSX and PDF. Format detection runs automatically after upload.
Yes. The first file you add is the reference. If results look backwards, reorder the files so the source of truth is first, then compare again.
MATCH (green): amount, date and company/text agree — extra fields on only one side are shown with an em dash (—) and are not errors. DIFF / partial (amber): rows are linked but filled fields disagree (for example different accounts). CRITICAL (red): the row exists on one side only, or identity fields conflict (especially amount).
Red marks a real conflict: both sides have a value and they disagree. An em dash (—) means that field is missing on this document but present on the other — that is extra information, not a mistake. Matching values stay calm so you can focus on true differences.
Near misses are candidates that look related (for example similar amount and company) but did not meet a full match rule. They appear in a separate panel — review them carefully for typos, recodes or split postings. They are not counted as CRITICAL by themselves.
Files are processed for the comparison run. We do not keep raw document content as a permanent archive. Your account history stores comparison summaries and results you can reopen later.
Yes for the web workspace. An account lets you run comparisons and keep a history of past runs. Registration only needs email and a password of at least 8 characters.
The UI is available in English, Turkish, German and Russian. Use the flag buttons in the top bar (or on login/register) to switch languages. Your choice is remembered in the browser.
